Richardson Nature Center is the perfect backdrop for all the fall colors!!

Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington is the place to be for all the fall colors!! It is such a huge area that you can catch maybe different colors as the fall season goes on. Because of the size, you might think that you have to park and walk a ways to get to a nice photo spot, but I have found a secret little parking area that leads you right into the park. I got you covered! 🙂

Depending on the time of day you will get sun filled birch trees in the morning or tall grasses with golden light in the evening. This is a great spot to bring your dog(s) as it is super dog friendly.

I typically like to end our time at Richardson Nature Center on the long wooden bridge. I find it adds a little something different to your session. Another bonus is the amount of wildlife you will stumble upon when there. Birds, butterflies, chipmunks and the occasional frog are likely to make an appearance.
