4 reasons the Peace Garden is the perfect place for photos

Let’s talk about the Lyndale Park Peace Garden in Minneapolis and why it’s one of my favorite places to meet clients!!

1. Location, location, location!! It’s in close proximity to Lake Harriet, the Rose Garden and a bird sanctuary, so you have nature all around you.
2. Evergreens!! In the spring and winter, when there isn’t much color outdoor, there are several evergreen varieties that you can incorporate into the backdrop of your family photos. That strong green with the texture of the trees can be simply stunning.
3. The Peace Garden is wide open in the middle, which means we can always find space even if it’s crowded. Plus, the small rock clusters throughout the park make for some intimate and touching family moments.
4. You can end your photo session with a short walk to get ice cream. (Not sure if that’s a reason but definitely a bonus!!)
